Australian/New Zealand Orders

Standard shipping is FREE Australia & New Zealand wide for orders over $100AUD

A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon shipping. 

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48hrs, however for made to order items or during sale and peak periods (such as pre Christmas) lead times may increase.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, New South Wales or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Domestic orders should be received within 1–4 business days for metropolitan areas from the date of shipping & 3–5 business days for rural areas from the date of shipping.

International Shipping (outside of Australia and New Zealand)

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders outside of Australia and New Zealand.

For international deliveries extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on country of destination, these costs will be at the expense of the customer.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, however generally orders will be delivered 3-10 days from date of shipping.

All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

We are not responsible for the loss or damages of items once they are received by the shipping carrier. Any concerns need to be taken up with the carrier directly.
