We want you to love your unique Bon Arlo pieces. We will gladly accept returns of unused, full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.
This policy strictly excludes items to which a discount code has been applied, sale items, and items made-to-order or customised in any way.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations. Other jewellery items must be returned in their original condition, which includes all packaging (ie. the jewellery box, fabric pouch and cards). All goods will be inspected upon return.
Items deemed not in resalable condition will unfortunately not be accepted for refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a manufacturing fault. Please use a shipping service with a tracking number.
We are confident your order will arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a product with a manufacturing fault, we will be more than happy to examine the issue on a case by case basis. If a fault is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for further information regarding manufacturing faults.
